Well i have 2.x and run my hptuners on 2 gp's and i went turbo on one of the cars and the company i got the turbo kit from sent me 2 bin files for the turbo kit and i can open one of the files but the other file won't open ,it keeps saying can't open file it's outside the bounds of your aaray don't know what that means and how to fix it !!
