Can transmission torque management work similar to regular traction control ?

Anyone useing torque management in this way. Figure could work good on the street at track would turn it off as run there on the et streets but not going to be using them on street that much.

My car has no stock traction control.

Yes it can. Though relative to wheelspeed based control it is pretty dumb. Simply torque limiting to prevent wheel spin. It does mean you can totally hit it and the ECM manages the throttle.

I think my car is more controllable with this. Not sure will use it at the track likely turn it off but think its not a bad idea on the street.
