Exclamation Support email delays 4/1-4/9/10 and 4/30-5/7/2010

For personal reasons you may see email delays on or around these days, if you send an email to support or to me directly please expect a response email later that week or early the next week as I catch up to my emails.

    Thanks,
    Bill

Bill, Ive sent you a couple of emails, and was just about to post up a thread asking what was going on. I am desperate for the beta update for the camaro. Ive got 3 cars in the shop that can not even be started or moved until I scale some parameters. My serial # is in my email. Thanks for the heads up.. [email protected]

Well the good news is I'm back.

Bad news is I got about 800 emails all told over the last week.

Good new is I've gone through about 550 of those so far

Bad new is I've still got about 240 left to go through

Working through them as quickly as possible.

Down to 120 emails to go Woot!

Trailblazer SS, I honestly have no idea you might want to contact the gauge manufactuer to get an accurate equation.

One suggestion I have for the support desk:

Add an auto-response feature to let me know you received my support e-mail (in my case a VIN/OS message I e-mailed on 5-1-2010).
I understand why there is a delay this week, it would just be nice to know you received the e-mail so I know it didn't get lost/dropped in my email, your email, or somewhere in between.

    Thanks

Yeah! I had sent support an email on Monday about my OS/VIN Message. Then I joined the forum and found this thread!

On the plus side though, I didn't know to attach the support log until I searched around the forum. So you can ignore the first 2 emails from Axcelerated Motorsports, 3rd one is the charm, haha!

Good news is I'm back...bad news is I had about 400 customer emails to go through

Good news is I've emailed back 190 of those...bad news is that still leaves roughly 210 to go not to mention all the emails I have in que

I should be caught up by the end of the week though.
