Help on Injectors not on Greg's DVD

I have some flow-matched 57lb @ 3 bar Bosch EV14 injectors that mechanically fit my supercharger rails, but unfortunately when I got Greg's DVD they were not in the injector spreadsheet. Am I SOL and have to go back and buy one of the two listed Siemens to get 60lb @ 3 bar and be able to profile them in my life time?

There is very little help on the DVD unless you have a Ford Injector.

So the 60 siemens are pretty cheap these days and work great with Gregs settings. And 80s do cost a bit though.
I would just get some 60s and be done with it.Sell off yours.Or mess around and try to get yours to work. Your choice.

Are the Siemens 60's (108191) the same as the M-9593-LU60's? I checked the specs up against each other and while they are not miles apart they appear to be different injectors. I also read in another forum that the Ford LU60's were Lucas.

That aside it sounds like people are having success with the Siemens by using the LU60's data from the disk, so someone please confirm that is the case and I will go with the Siemens (108191).

The Siemens listings for 60lb injectors I have found:

    FI114961 (60.5 lbs @ 3 bar)
    107961 (59.5 lbs @ 3 bar)
    107962 (61.85 lbs @ 3 bar)
    108191 (59.5 lbs @ 3 bar)
    LU107 (60 lbs @ 3 bar)
    SD63LBUSCAR (62.7 lbs @ 3 bar)
    S107 (60 lbs @ 3 bar)
    SL107 (65 lbs @ 3 bar)

So which one(s) are good to go with the DVD data from the LU60 spreadsheet tab?

The Ford Racing "60's" are made by Siemens (Continental) and flow ~60#/hr @ 2.7 bar, ~63#/hr @ 3.0 bar. These are also sold by many other sources under various names, but make sure you verify before purchasing. There are also plenty of "60's" out there that are NOT the same injector. Some of these are just redrilled stock injectors with very different low pulse characteristics that match neither stock nor my new data. Caveat Emptor.

Thanks Greg, that is the crystal path I was looking for. I will go with the Ford version. BTW, I also picked up a couple of what seemed like trivial changes to way I was doing VE And MAF off your DVD but in practice proved out to save me a lot of time, I only wished it would have been out 3 years ago. thanx again.

I wish I would have known beforehand that your DVD only included data on 10 injectors all of which are Ford injectors.
It does get the injector data "close" but its still not correct outside of anything Ford.
