Would any of you mind looking at this tune?

I just swapped cam and am starting to tune OLSD and was seeing if anybody might have some guidance for me. When dialing in the VE is there a excel spreadsheet you use or do one cell at a time?
    Motor is 393ci
    tea ls6 2.5
    227/235 .640.647 117+3
    90/90
    all boltons
    37# Delphi injectors D3165BA

    Thank you

theres a couple ways: afr error, STFT with ltft's disabled, or the way i use, LTFT + STFT. the use of the spreadsheet isnt needed anymore thanks to the paste special feature.

I don't have any o2 sensors. Do you use the paste special going directly from the log to the tune? ie map vs rpm vs afr to the ve table

No, the guy who originally tuned my car removed them. Maybe I should put them back in? Or should I still just tune it open loop?

Yes, copy/paste special. Once you are below 10% do it by half.

Do small zones at a time, keep the throttle as steady as possible, quick transitions will make a mess.
