This is the only info I have about a used Hp tuners unti I was looking at buying.

Does this tell me if its serial or usb style?

If it has a USB cable can the newest vcm suite be downloaded for it, so its capable of tuning my 08 ls3 vette?

Yes, MPVI interfaces are compatible with LS3 vehicles such as corvettes.

Perfect. Now that I have purchased it, what would I need to get from the previous owner to set up a account here to download the update suite?

where would the original application key be found?
