I am using a E38 style ecm and I have 58 tooth crank sensor shows rotation and cam sensor shows rotation I can use my tech 2 and do a injector flow balance test and all the injectors work fine but if I try to start the car I have no injector pulse and no coil firing I have turned off the vats 1 and 2 and all the starter diagnostics but still no start. This is a 96 impala ss with a LSX 427 twin turbo and a 4L80E The base program is a 08 chevy silverado any Ideas why no injectors or spark would be big help thanks for the help and everything has power and grounds I have checked twice
