Is there a 2010 cobalt SS/TC tune yet?

a buddy tryed tuning my 2010 cobalt ss turbod but he said the software was not updated to 2010 or something? is there a tune or update yet?

You need to contact support, send them the info from the VCM suite while its plugged in and they will update it for you. They were pretty quick when I had to do this for my later 09.

Yeah, I've sent William your VCM Infolog and your stock read almost 3 weeks ago, still haven't received the update. Also fired off a HHR SS infolog/read for the same issue and he's waiting as well. Getting kinda backed up here, heh.

Its in que guys, there have been alot of new 2010 os's coming in as of late and we are working through them as quickly as possible.

What's so different in the 2010 from the 07-09 that prevents you guys from getting it done quickly? I'm just curious more than anything. GM, from what I know, didn't change anything and the 2010s are pretty much just left over parts from the previous years seeing as the Cobalt isn't even made in the states anymore. Either Canadian or Mexican built now, not sure if it's either or, or both. Again this is just what I've read not sure the accuracy of any of it. You can't believe everything you read on the internet.

New operating system.

GM, from what I know, didn't change anything and the 2010s are pretty much just left over parts from the previous years seeing as the Cobalt isn't even made in the states anymore.

Parts don't matter whats in the pcm does and they change the code, usually several times a year, and did it again for the 2010 models.

the change the os every year on every model. each type of lnf has a diff os, solstice, sky as well as cobalt and hhr. each turbo upgrade kit is the same way, a new os for each stage tune and so on.

You should see how many os's the V6's & some older I4 vin's have lol...I've seen as many as 8 different available os's for one vin number.
