    1997 Corvette help

    I am having the normal issue with a 1997 Corvette PCM. I realize that the file needs to be sent to support, and I have already done this. Hoping that potentially someone can get the updated file to me more quickly as I have the car sitting in front of me with a frustrated customer.

    It has been a week and a half now, and I still have no response from tech. Can I get an idea of when this is going to be rectified?
