Saving two tunes from the same car ?

If I have a canned tune presently in my car, can I save that tune and then return the car to stock to save the stock tune as well. If I do that do I have to use credits for each even though they are from the same car? I plan on using the canned tune for a starting point but would like to keep my stock tune on file just in case.

    Yes

Depends how to "return the car to stock"

If you use someone elses file(that would have someone elses vcm id number) then yes you would.

If you have your vehicle flashed back to stock using YOUR stock file or via tech 2 you shouldn't need to use any more credits.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    HP Tuners -- Great product.

I straightened out my TCC problem with the first flash, and then set my shift points up with the second flash. HP Tuners has worked great so far. New user
