    Non HPT tune to HPT?

This car was tunned by another shop and I do not have the handheld to get it back to stock. It was flashed using a GT Tuner Handheld. I can pull the file fine, was wondering about reflashing if I will have issues since it was modified by another program before? I really dont want to make this ECM a paperweight.

go here http://www.hptuners.com/customers/login.php and log in with your serial # and look up the car. There is a stock tune on there.

I had to do a write entire over a Trifecta ECM, it went ok, I think they use a GT Tuner also. I could read & save the trifecta tune but not open it.

I bought a spare ECM in case I turned it into a brick but it went ok.
