    #7 Injector Stuck on - Sorta

    Customer indicated a glowing CAT. After researching the problem it was determined that the #7 injector is hanging open for 100+ms. Switched the #5 and #7 injector and the same thing happened. So the injector isn't bad, the wiring to the ECU looks good, voltage signal are identical between #5 and #7, ground is good. Scan tool indicates injector opening time for #7 is 138ms.

    I can't find anything in VCMEditor that allows individual injector control.

    Any thoughts or recommendations?

    This same thing happened to me on an LS1 car many moons ago. Had to actually prove it to myself by watching the injector pattern on a scope.

    Took a new PCM to fix it.
