    Dead O2 sensor?

Hey guys, could use some help deciphering the error codes I am getting...

[ECM] P0151 - HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1 (SES) (Old) (History) (Immature)
[ECM] P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2 (SES) (Old) (History) (Immature)
    [ECM] P0151 - HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1
[ECM] P0174 - Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2

Some background info, it's an 099 G8 GT, and this happened after my car was in a flooded parking lot. The rainwater did cover both exhaust tips and I waited for the water to subside. I also waited a few hours after that, hoping any water that got in the exhaust would evaporate. I do have ARH LTs and X-pipe. Is this a dead O2? And ummm, noobie question, which side is Bank 2 Sensor 1 (Im assuming sensor 1 is the precat O2?)?

Well, it's either that or the wiring.

    Bank 1 = Driver side
    Bank 2 = Passenger side

Just the opposite on a Ford. Just remember, Bank 1 is always the side that the #1 cylinder is on.

Yes dying o2 sensor. When it's really dead is when you start having bad misfires then you know it's really finished. I don't see that on your list of codes, so it's still functioning...but barely.
