lq4 wont run above 1500 rpm!! help

well guys this is my first gas tune so bear with me. I have a 04 lq4 with tsp 228r cam on 114 lsa and 42 lb green top injectors. Im using a 2000 5.3 pcm and fuel system. i flashed in a stock 2002 6.0 tune for a base (couldnt find a 2000 but 2002 still used return style fuel system) and adjusted IFR for the injectors. I upped the idle a bit for the cam and deleted vats but thats it. Im just trying to get it running so i can drive it and tune it right. every time i try to rev it it falls on its face at about 1550 rpm. sounds like it isnt getting fuel. I thought maybe the tps was bad but when i scan it, it shows its working fine. I dont know what other sensor or part of the tune would cause this. im going out rite now to check fuel pressure. heres a copy of my tune. any help would be awesome.

Major newbie here but since no one else has offered anything.. :-)

I had a similar prob. I found that Torque Man. abuse was cutting in at 1400 RPM. That was how it came from the supplier of PCM and loom.

Hehe. Just noticed your tune file.. Yep. Torque abuse looks similar ot mine did. Yours i set to 1600 RPM kick in...

Does it cutout revving in park and neutral while stopped or while driving?

Are you running cable or dbw throttle? If you are running a dbw throtle, the 02 and older tunes won't work stock since they had cable throttles.
