No, but I have the p0101,106,and 121 min set to 492, and max set to 493, p0068, set to enable at 8192, and I have raised the max air flow v s rpm some as well. I have also halfed the ifr table, maf tables, and displacement because this is a turbo car, and has 96lb injectors

Do you still have the maf enabled or are you running SD?
With the SD C6Z's I've tuned I maxed the IFR and left all other tables stock then tuned with the VE table. (my car uses bosch high imp injectors that flow about 100lbs/hr at 58psi).
Not sure if that would matter or not but I have not run into any reduced power modes.

It has a stock unported 90mm tb, it seems to do it mostly before start up.

i had this similar problem when I tuned my hummer for SD two years ago. Here was the origional thread. It turned out to be a vac leak that was causing the issue.

I will also mention this car is a conversion from 6l80 to 4l80, and has stand alone for the transmission. I started with a 08 z06 file when i first started tuning it.

It only seems to happen when you first start the car. I have checked and there is nothing touching the blade, maybe some can bus stuff I guess.
