Yes, we added it back in early November 2011

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I have version 2.23.446, and when I open file "2005 Ford Mustang Oak 1024 - FBHR2G4.hpt" which installed with the software, I do not see the breakpoint multiplier table.

Please post the file and I'll take a look, I only have 06+ files on hand.

Maybe you are using an old beta, the injector breakpoint table shows up in all modes ie beginner, intermediate & advanced using 2.23.520(so there have been 60 or so new builds since the one you are using)

Send support an email and we will get you the newest beta.

I'm only funny when I'm irritated.

When I try to be funny, no one laughs...

And the table was in the latest beta as Bill suggested.

The original Roush tune when he purchased the car had been wiped out (from my understanding) and the first screen shot is of the one from the first Dyno Shop. The second screen shot is from a Mustang Dyno shop that uses SCT. They both have the same parameters.
Neither one is from a OE Roush tune to my knowledge.
I was questioning the injector size from day one.

I fix that issue with 60 lbs injectors and help from you. Thanks again.
I have tested this tables and 38lb is correct one (not 24lb). I calibrated Ford Racing MAF on stock GT and installed it to Roush with that injector data, and it worked with only smal 2-5% adjustments.

    Keys:
Flow = Flow Rate in lb/hr of injector at 39.15 psi
Body = Body style of injector
    Imped = Ohms value
    Len = Length of injector (L = long, M = Medium)
Conn = Connector style of injector (Jetronic is the old rectangle style conn, and USCAR is the new smaller square conn)
Cal Data: Links you to the actual Ford Racing injector calibration data you will use to input into your tuning software (note, this data is for Ford vehicles, and will not work if you attempt to use with other non-Ford vehicles)

    Notes:
M-9593-A302 and M-9593-B302 are the old "blue tops" and "red tops", respectively, that are not produced any longer.
M-9593-LU60 and M-9593-LU80 are the Siemens (Continental) injector that Ford Racing offers. The LU80 is the original equipment used on the FR500CJ Mustang.
M-9593-F302 is the original equipment on the '99-'04 SVT Lightning.
M-9593-G302 is the original equipment on the '07-'10 GT500.
M-9593-M39 is the original equipment on the '03-'04 SVT Cobra.
M-9593-MU32 is the original equipment on the '05-'06 Ford GT40 (they had 16 total), and is the same injector Whipple uses in their '05-'09 Mustang GT supercharger kits (fuel pressure at WOT is raised to increase their output substantially).
M-9593-LU24 is the original equipment on the '03-'04 Mach 1.

Also, some of the data is listed differently between Ford Racing's and HPT's (and SCT's), therefore I am going to give you an example of how to input the data from the M-9593-LU60 into HPT (fwiw, you can copy/paste ALL of these values below to save on time). Once you input all these values properly, DO NOT TOUCH THEM EVER AGAIN! Trust me on this. The only thing you'll have to do for fueling is adjust the MAF transfer. Pay attention, and trust me on this.

Furthermore, HPT is currently missing an important parameter. If you look at the Ford Racing (FRPP) calibration data I linked you to in the injector specs information at the top, you will see a parameter called "FNPW_BKCOMP" (SCT calls it "Fuel Inj Breakpoint Multiplier FordeltaP"). This is a "Multiplier to FUEL_BKPT as a function of injection pressure in psid". If/When HPT adds this in (and I have asked them to), I'm guessing they will label it as "Breakpoint Multiplier vs. Pressure".

    Siemens (Continental) 60# Injectors
(data below is for use in HPT format)

    Flow Rate Low: 63.1872

    Flow Rate High: 60.26760

    Breakpoint: 0.0000336300
Note: You will need the latest beta of HPT in order to input this value, otherwise 2.22x will round up the data in this parameter, and you do NOT want this to happen!

    PW Minimum: 0.94985963
Note: Ford Racing's data will have you use 1.391. HPT's 2.23 Beta is currently only allowing for a max of 1.0. I've a bug report to HPT to fix this. HOWEVER, many of us tuners have found that 0.94985963 works better for these injectors you're using anyway, and that is why I listed such above.

    Pressure Drop Ref: 39.15

For the next 3 parameters, you're going to have to click the (psi) label and modify the values as I have listed below.

Flow Rate High Mult vs. Pressure:

    PSI
    Code:
    20.010
    30.020
    39.150
    50.030
    54.960
    60.030

    Code:
    0.71700
    0.87470
    1.00000
    1.13220
    1.18480
    1.23830
Flow Rate Low Mult vs. Pressure:

    PSI
    Code:
    20.010
    30.020
    39.150
    50.030

    60.030
    Mult
    Code:
    0.71490
    0.87560
    1.00000
    1.10410
    1.18480
    1.23830
    Offset Mult vs. Pressure:

    PSI
    Code:
    20.010
    30.020
    39.150
    44.950
    50.030
    54.960
    60.030
    Mult
    Code:
    0.71490
    0.87560
    1.00000
    1.07690
    1.07910
    1.18480
    1.23830
This next parameter you will not need to modify the voltages. I just listed them for others who may need the information in the future.

    Offset vs. Voltage:

    Volts
    Code:
    6.000
    7.000

    15.000
    PW Offset
    Code:
    0.0025900
    0.0020155
    0.0014410
    0.0011810
    0.0009210
    0.0007580

    0.0004635
    0.0004090
    0.0003605
    0.0003120
    I hope this helps!
Thanks for this info, it helps me heaps
I have one question still though, I am using HP Tuner 2.24.136
The parameters above go to 7 decimal places, I can only make the table go to 6 decimal places , what happens is that I can't enter the last digit.
There is talk on other threads that this is the wrong scalar and things were fixed in beta on versions 2.23, I hope the scale should not be is seconds , I assume it should be in Milliseconds and there is not an issue if the value cant be added. but I just want to be sure.
    Thanks

I still enter it in milliseconds (beta 2.24.207) Entering it in Seconds caused my ID1000's to do some very strange things (BA and BF T6's)

    Ok thanks Eric!

But I still don´t get the Flow rate Low/High for the Siemens 80lbs injectors.... Do I have to calculate to get this numbers? Below is the numbers I´m talking about but I need them for the 80lbs´s.

    Siemens (Continental) 60# Injectors
(data below is for use in HPT format)

    Flow Rate Low: 63.1872

    Flow Rate High: 60.26760

    Thanks

The numbers on the PDFs need to be multiplied by 3600 to get #/hr values. They are in #/sec
