    Question 97 grand am se 2.4L tune

    i tryed couple times to read and edit the vcm, but it says i cant open it and that i need to email the copy of the vcm and a suiteinfolog to HPT support. any one have any ideas? i sent a email to HPT to ask about that.

    You do exactly that. E-mail the file and an info log taken while connected to the vehicle to support @ hptuners.com (without the spaces) and they should contact you with a solution or further course of action.

    The help file explaines how to get an info-log if your not sure.
