Scanner = GPS but NO = speedometer

Have the scanner matching a GPS but the speedometer is approximately 2mph greater than the gps and scanner. Recall seeing a thread on this in the past on this but I could not locate it. Have also tried reducing the VSS Pulses per Mile by the % difference but nothing changed.

Can someone either help me find the older thread or help me with the procedure to correct the speedometer?

    Thank you
    Steve

Did you set the wheel, tire ,and gears right that used to be the problem on my cousins truck.

Yes. I just bumped up from a 235/75 15 to a 31x10.5. Even using settings from Z71's with a 31x10.5 tire, the speedo still runs about fast.
