tuning a sc 5.0 95-5speed(t4m0)

I have a 95 5.0 sc with a v1 @10lbs boost with tfs stage 3 top-end kit.I am having trouble tuning car and we have a street car meet in a couple weekend and would like to get running stronger.it has fact tune with btm and fuel pressure jacted up around 55psi.last time out car did 12.20@125 .on hard street tires and 4-10 gears(i run out of gear at 1000ft)since i have loaded maf curve from my flow sheet it runs stronger.Ihave never saw load go over 56% so im thinking with correct inj,slopes,breakpoint and rest of tune correct this thing will run really good.please give me a good game plan on getting this combo tuned . ps I know i should just bring it to a dyno tuner but i would really love to learn this secret life of tuning

HPT only covers newer Ford vehicles with the PowerPC pcm, which is basically '04/'05+.
