I was helping my friend with an 05 Saturn Ion Redline tune his WOT AFR today and for some reason, in 2nd gear at WOT his AFR will be 11.8 to 12.1, but then when he switches to 3rd the AFR will hit 11.0 and 10.8's.
Is there a table somewhere in the PCM that would cause the AFR to be that much richer in 3rd than in 2nd? I looked at a bunch of tables but couldn't find anything. Anyone had this problem and fix it? Thanks for any help.
