Are you using the latest beta? Most everyone won't be able to open that hpt file because of that.
Now, most likely it's lean because the MAF transfer is not dialed in properly.
We also need a list of your mods.

Yes it is in beta 2.23 I think this vette has maga supercharger 7.5 lb and I have a 9.5 lb pulley but I'am going to get that lean spot out first and I know I have to add more fuel 5500 and up.
Are you actually tuning the MAF? Also, you're going to need to disable VE if you're not going to tune the VE whatsoever (disabling the VE will put the car into pure MAF mode). Also, please do NOT rape the PE table. Set it to what you want (Commanded), and then dial in the MAF transfer to allow the Commanded to become Actual.
