    Ltft/stft ?

    new to tuning an i know this is really bad.....
    i kno this is not the tune file it will not load for me but basicly it is just a stage 2 tune

    i have 2.8 pulley
    cai
    vibrant 4-2-1 header
    no cat
    custom 2.5 exhaust
    42lb injectors
    autolite plat. plugs gaped .40

    WOW. Your LTFT's are way too lean.

    I *assume* that tuning VE in your car is the same as what I've been working on (I'd imagine someone will correct me if I'm wrong because I'm sure it's different for a boosted app), but you need to find/create a histo that plots your VE table(s) against LTFT. Check in the sticky I4/5/6 tuning histo's in the top of this forum.

    Then, you need to create a tune and run in SD- disable DFCO, PE, and your MAF.

    Load that tune, reset your fuel trims, and log. Take your results and copy, then paste special multiply % - half the results from the VE LTFT to your VE table.

    Wash and repeat until your trims are between +/- 4%, preferrably -1 to -3%. Once LTFT is done, you can really tweak it with your STFT using the same method, just w/ LTFT disabled.
