P2122 Code After Tuning

P2122 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit Low Imput

I'm working on dialing in the MAF and smoothing the VE Tables (my current tune is MAF only I'm trying to get VE dialed in so I can get away from that)..

It's happened twice now and I can't understand what i could be doing in hpt that would cause it.

Both times, I'll Flash the car when i get in with the changes from the previous log. I'll take off down the road, go about 1/4 mile (car isn't warmed up yet, so both times i've not had a log started), and the car feels like it's hesitating for about a second and then goes into Engine Power Reduced mode throwing this code.

Both times I've flashed it back to the previous tune, and the problem went away, then reflashed to the new tune and the problem comes back.

Both times It's caused me to be late for work.. lol

5_25 Tune is a non-code throwing tune
5_30 Tune is a P2122 code tune

Anyone know what could be causing the code?
