    Very lean idle, not sure what to do

    2000 LS1 2 bar SD, LS6 cam, turbo, boost ref FPR, SD 60lbers

    Runs horrible, not sure what to check next.

    I can't look at this at work, but one question, have you "failed" the MAF? Set the DTCs?

    By failing it do you mean entering 0 values in MAF related parameters?

    MAF fail hertz = 0

    And be certain DTC P103 is only set on far right for no error reported. DO NOT remove DTC from being set in computer entirely or it won't enter SD. Simply tell it not to set a check engine light if anything...

    Wow! No Sh!t... didn't see that coming. Get that thing tig welded shut if possible. Consider also a new block is really inexpensive at SDPC2000.com. They are the nations largest reseller of GM factory parts. Let us know when your back on the road. Always here to help.
