Converter slip in 1st gear during powerbrake launch - questions

I've attached a datalog where I was working on something else for the transmission. The application is the same 2018 N/A 3.5L V6 Explorer with the 6F55 transmission. I've always noticed the vehicle has a hard time launching hard, like it just bogs down up to a certain point. I have a bunch of these WOT 1-2 and WOT 2-3 logs and noticed they all shared the same trait:

The Torque Converter slips a lot until about 3300 RPM at which point it hovers around 250 rpm slip and then the engine mass flow / power / RPMs start to pick up steam. Is there anything I can do with the tune to alleviate this short of trying to launch at 3200 RPM? Is this a torque converter physical limitation?
