Thread: firmware update timing out

    I've read some of the other threads but not a lot of help. I installed the program on my computer. It tells me I need a firmware update so I hook it up to my laptop (not the car) it times out and tells me to unplug the interface from the computer plug it back in wait 10 seconds and try again. I do and nothing. It won't even let me close the program. Help.

    Not sure what happened but I tried to reinstall everything this morning and it works. Just got done with my 1st Log. I got a e-mail from Mr. Henn with some suggestions thank you Sir.
