Do I have to redo my PE tables after injectors?

So I had my tune pretty much dead on on my stock 28lb injectors.
wot a/f 12.8-13.0 28* timing, no knock, fuel trims between -5% to 2%

I've now replaced them with the Cobra 39lb. obviously my fueling is way out of whack, still working on getting my fuels trims back in order.

but under wot my afr is lean at 13.5-13.7.
now in theory if rescale the injectors table correctly would my afr go back to the 12.8-13.1 range like it was? or am I over my head here an it would be easier to redo the PE table once my trims are back in check

No. Leave your PE where it is. This is your commanded AFR. It is what you are TELLING the motor you WANT your final AFR to be at WOT. You will update your Injector Flow Ratio=IFR table to adjust for the larger injectors. Then adjust your VE/MAF (If applicable) to get your fueling back in check. ENJOY!

Are these injectors a direct replacement for the stock 28lb ones? Does the factory wiring plug right in or do you need an adapter?

they use a EV6(USCAR) connectors vs stock EV1, so u'll need adapters. buyfordracing was the cheapest I found

I went to a local salvage yard and cut a bunch off from a couple of Neon's. Freebie or dirt cheap, depends on the yard.

If you get the Ford SVO injectors, they are plug and play on the LS1, just have to adjust the injector scaling in HP Tuners. I just installed the green top 42# injectors, they flow about 48.5# with the LS1 fuel pressure. If you don't need that much, the red top 30# (about 36# @ 58 psi) is another option.
