    Interface issue

    I am having an issue when I go to "flash" read vcm, it says "the interface was not found or responding" Anyone know what I am doing wrong or didnt do right?

    Make sure you have both MPVI A & B drivers installed & that you hear 2 distinct dings when you connect your interface to your laptop.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    OK that fixed it. But now when I try to Flash (Read entire ECM) w/VCM Editor it says at step three (Requesting Access):
    Access Denied- Exceeded number of attempts.

    I was unable to locate help on this specific error code in the help guide.

    pcm was probably previously tunerlocked.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    So if that is the case it cannot be unlocked?

    Yes it was locked. Thats about to be taken care of so I can get started.
