I'm kinda in a bind here. Customer is with me and for some reason my application key is not updating on the software, therefore not showing any credits available, license and tune his vehicle. Any help is appreciated!!!

Try rebooting the computer, then open up just editor and update your key that way.

Whats the exact error message you are getting, if any? Try logging in as a user with administrator rights on the computer.

Be sure to copy and paste the key exactly.

Also, you can request your latest key directly from your customer login page.

Hi Keith, There is no error message. When I try to license the vehicle, I'm showing no credits available. However my profile clearly states the correct amount of credits. I requested, copy & pasted the new application key, but my software is not updating for some reason.

Send support a vcm suite infolog along with the file you are trying to license & we will look it over.
