A few questions, what injectors do you have in the car? Why are you having problems tuning the MAF? That MAF arrangement won't peg on that particular pcm, since you have a very large range of MAF room in the calibration.

i have 60# injectors i think i have problems on my IFR so i have to adjust on maf and i think that why my tranny is going crazy
Don't ever tweak the MAF to make up for IFR errors...Set your IFR up correctly for the injectors, then go back and set your MAF table back to stock, and check your trims. What 60# injectors are they? The Siemens Deka/Mototron ones? If so, they are actually 73# at 4bar fuel pressure.

i talked to the guy who sold me the SC kit he told me they are siemens 60#
You need to use the "flow rate vs. volts" as a multiplier. Setup your IFR as if they were 50# injectors. Use the spreadsheet from EC Tune to get your curve correct. Then set all of the values in "flow rate vs. volts" to "1.46". This will then get you your 73lbs/hr at 4bar that your injectors actually flow. They are 60# at 3bar fuel pressure, but 73 at 4.
EDIT:Here are the values for your IFR table, as my version of the EC Tune spreadsheet doesnt properly setup the values for the LS3 when changing fuel pressure.
28.29 30.00 31.63 33.17 34.65 36.06 37.42 38.73 40.01 41.24 42.43 43.59 44.73 45.83 46.91 47.96 49.00 50.01 51.00 51.97 52.92 53.86 54.78 55.68 56.58 57.45 58.32 59.17 60.01 60.84 61.65 62.46 63.25
