3-Bar SD Tune not available for 04 Corvett???

Why is the 3-Bar SD tune unavailable for the 04 Corvette?

I just went to upgrade a 2-Bar SD tune to a 3-Bar SD tune and it said it wasn't available. I checked a tune from an 02 Vette and it is available. I then checked a tune froma different 04 Vette and it is also unavailable.

04 LS1 GTO is available, but not an 04 LS1 Vette.

What gives?

Files already converted to a custom operating system cannot be converted to a DIFFERENT custom operating system.

Open the stock file & you should be able to convert it to a different custom os.

That's what I thought too, but the stock file didn't work iether.
