GMC Yukon 2009 model 'Unable to License'

Guys i have here a GMC Yukon 2009 model which i currently working on and its Unable to License.

When the original file was read by VCM i notice in calibration details vehicle type section its recognizing that the vehicle im working on is Cadillac Escalade (V8)2009 model instead of GMC Yukon 2009 model.

When the VCM Finish reading the ECM its appearing message that 'Unable to license vehicle please email this Hpt file and a VCM info log to support@Hptuner which i already did.

Any thoughts or experience to share from you guys is highly appreciated.

    Many thanks

You've done the right thing, support will handle the rest.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Bill I am having a similar problem with an 09 GMC Denali with a 416 and a blower but it will not let me down load the file. My data logger shows it to be a 2000 gmc but a lot of the parameters are messed up. I am also now in Qatar doing some tuning, so this is becoming a big problem. I used some beta software that a guy from Dubi had, and it worked very well, they own or work for a chevy/gmc dealer there. I looked at his software and the files were not locked, but I was only able to do minor tunning while he was here.
    Any help would be appreciated.
