On my truck (418ci, turbo @ 9.7lbs) it worked great.. The one thing I did notice is that it made the already annoyingly aggressive burst knock even worse.. Which is logical given that I did feel a change in throttle response and tip in performance. At least I know its working (increased cyl air delta).. I am going get rid of burst knock. .032 cyl air delta as the max the table can be programmed to seems silly for my truck.

Since I have a much larger motor than stock and I'm boosted; it has an effect on part throttle boost in a noticable way. Perhaps I should cut down the 2k-3k rpm multipliers and set them to .5 like the rest..

Which table would help me get that off idle throttle response. I have a 5.3L CCSB truck with all ETC TM removed but it still doesn't feel strong like my 2002 5.3L I had....thanks for the help.
Printscreen of my tables are attached.
Bump for a look at my screenshot to see what will help improve throttle response!
Damn, my '08 vette is already 100's.

Why am I not seeing this tab in my VCM editor ?
It only shows up to Speed Density ?
Hooray! This table fixed my car's sluggish throttle response that I've been complaining about for years now!
But unfortunately now my scanner is broken, it tries to read the parameters and bombs out with the error message "file dx20.exe is missing".
Has anyone have an idea how to fix this? The scanner worked perfectly before I installed this beta version.

That happened to me too. I reverted my scanner back to 2.22 for the time being.

Thats strange, I don't have dx20.exe on my comp and everything works fine for me. I can't really find any info on it either.

Made a 2.23 directory and moved the EXE's there and then re-installed 2.22, made a 2.22 directory and copied the EXE's there. I would copy the EXE's in and out as I needed to. Right now I'm running the 2.23 Editor and 2.22 Scanner. Probably not best practice but hey.

This table is how guys Like Chuck at COW sell their tunes with EFI. "You feel the throttle response?!!!" Man, that engine cal is GREAT!!! Good job chuck!!
And all he did was change this table....
Chuck had a beta of EFI that had this table viewable/editable for over a year now. But that isn't all that makes his tunes have great throttle response. His A4 tunes are pretty kick ass.

I just updated the Throttle Rate table and it made a noticable difference. Especially with the Stage 3 Monster clutch that is installed. Before the ramp change, the RPMs needed to be 1500 or higher to start moving without exeperiencing chatter. Now with the ramp change the the RPMs can be lower than 1500 when starting from a dead stop.

Thank you for your kind words!
Actually......NO.This table is how guys Like Chuck at COW sell their tunes with EFI. "You feel the throttle response?!!!" Man, that engine cal is GREAT!!! Good job chuck!!

This is NOT how I do what I do and I've never used that table...I have no use for it.
You should come by with your tuner cable one day so I can show you what I
DO.....DO.
