    Credit Issue

    Quick question-

    I had 1 upgrade credit stored in my interface. When I upgraded to full year/model the 1 upgrade credit was not applied. I ended up using the full 6 credits . The interface no longer shows the 1 upgrade credit for 2001.

    Any way to get my missing credit back??

    I emailed support with no answer.
