I ('02 Camaro SS) have lost plenty of races to a nearly bone stock (tune ONLY) SRT8 Jeep at the drags...total monsters! I am in favor of the Jeep in this situation. Mustang GT's are loud-slow MF'ers in my opinion.
If you mean 250km/h that's like 150-160 mph, the mustangs speed limited is at 145, just checked a tune. I'm not sure where the SRT-8's is set at. I'd imagine the SRT-8 would have it to ~100-110, but after that you're just pushing a box through the wind. I' have my bets on the mustang in a race to 140+, but that's just me. SRT-8 stock for stock will probably outrun it in the 1/4 no problem.

srt-8 will kill a mustang gt in a drag race if they are both stock ...srt8 runs like low 13's or even high 12's 1/4 mile,, a mustang gt runs what ...14 something... i dont know on a long highway ...but in a drag race srt-8 is way faster !!!its all wheel drive with a hemi what would you think?
