According to my profile we have available credits, however VCM suite states that we do not have credits. I requested an updated application key, but didn't receive anything via email. Can someone help me out? Thanks

Your customer profile ONLY shows how many credits have been PURCHASED on your account, however only YOU know how many of those you have used by going to your help-license info screen.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
