Can Somebody look and this tune and see what I am missing 05 vette CNC heads 232/234 cam. Cold start is good but hot start not unless you open tv. added start up air and then bad idle.

After comparing your tune with the stock file, your startup airflow table looks jacked up. Go back to the stock table then multiply by 10-20% increments till you get the start you want. In some of your fields you are at almost 200% above stock which is way to high in my opinion.
Also, in your "airflow final minimum" table change those 2's in the 600 RPM column to the values from the 800 column, then add 1 or 2 to all columns 1600 RPM's and down.
