    #79 Racetronix injectors/ IFR Table/HELP

Has anyone set up an IFR table for injectors of this size on a 2006 6.0L?
    Injector Spec's
    Static Flow Rate: 76.65 lb/hr @ 43.4psi (n-Heptane)
    Dynamic Flow @ 2.5ms PW @ 100Hz: 16.88 mg/pulse +/-10% @ 2.5ms PW @ 100Hz Coil Resistance: 12.2 Ohms (+/-0.35 Ohms)
The injectors should flow about 92lb at 63.4psi rail.

My IFR table doesn't max at 63.4. (254 lb max)

Any advise about changing the other tables to work together:
    Short pulse limit
    Short pulse adder
    Min Injector pulse
    Default injector pulse
    Offset vs. Volts vs. Vac

    Thanks

do a search for injector.xls, i just used the data out of there and then adjusted the VE table to suit

    "Injector spread sheet"

Hey guys thanks for the replys...
I have the spread sheet and use it all the time, problem is, you put those numbers in the IFR table and it doesn't run worth a crap.

I have set this thing up to run on e85. I'm running a S/C and was having problems wih it running out of injector before at hi RPMs.
Usually... In addition to other fine tuning you can derive a "base" IFR table for the new injectors, and then reduce them until the LTFT are mostly happy and go on and do the fine tuning.
I have a tune for the previous 66# inj that idles perfect and makes great power accept for running out of fuel WOT.

With these injectors I have found that I can get the VE vs. LTFT at +/- 2-3 but it has a hesitation on the bottom and has NO power, and throw misfires in cyl's #2 and #7.
I'll post the tune a little later this AM

So i have attached a tune file and a log.

I know the ve table is is screwed up....But it was dead nutz with the other injectors (66#). The new injector are 79# @ 43.5, my fuel rail is 63.5 at idle putting them closer to 92ish.

I have offset the IFR to accommodate E85, but started with a number derived from the injector.xls (*.55)

Theoretically, if the correct injector settings were input, all should be well.
As you can see, I have misfires. I know the injector settings are wrong.
Idles like crap, it has no power on the bottom and Close loop fueling is 13.5-13.7 ??? When I start the truck ,it will start at 14.7 but ultimately finally rests at 13.6 ??

all those figues will be wrong for E85,

your going to have to play until you get them right,

How about this...Just disregard the E85 thing, do the injector tables look correct for gas?

Ive gone back to my 52# GT 500 injectors and upgraded to a walbro 255 intank pump. Works. I could actually see a pulsation in fuel presure at idle with the old fuel pump now it is flat.

FYI, those GT500 injectors do not flow 52#. Per Ford, they actually flow 48.13920110464092 #/hr at 39.15 psi. Therefore, on a 58 psi setup, they flow 58.593169656198760880416355755857.

Yeah, your right. I've dealt with it in the IFR set up. Ran really lean at first had to offset the table a little.
Do you know anyone who has known injector tables for these? I been experimenting with motron 60# settings but it runs like crap. Goes really rich off idle throttle.

You mean you found Motron 60# settings???? If so lets see them.
