    '48 Chevy pickup with a 5.3/4L60 out of a '04 Silverado.
I am in the middle of fitting the engine/trans to the chassis, so I am not into the tuning just yet. I am going to run things stock for now, and make some mods after I know the swap is a success. I am just here testing the waters to see if HPtuners is the best option for getting me up and running.

Just got my HPtuner's Pro and I have no clue where to start ? lol
I have a CAI, Muffler Delete, 160 thermostat installed already; E fans & U/P waiting to get installed. ( I have a patch supplied by pcmforless for the C6 electric fan to work with the computer )

If anybody has any maps to share , please let me know. I would like to compare tranmission settings, timing & fuel too. Thanks in advance!

Uh oh! The first red headed stepchild! Run for the hills!

I kid, I kid. Welcome! Sorry I cant be a fellow Ford fan. Both my parents retired from General Motors. All you guys that gripe because the Packard Electric (PED) connectors are so tight and weatherpacked that you cant get them off, or that your plug wires last too long...Ill express your gratitude to my parents.

I've got to give GM credit for two things. One that it was paying for our Fords while I was working there and two I've been on vacation since I got hurt there while working.

New here with a 2000 Sonoma, Yea I know not to many little trucks around here. Got HPtuners 2 weeks ago along with a lc-1 wideband only to find out how bad my previous mail order tune was haha. My previous best was a slow 16.1 @ 85mph. Hoping to beat that this friday.

New to HPT by a few weeks. Very excited about doing my own tuning. Have been reading and learning tons. Like many of you, I am also looking at a few mods like a cold air intake and custom exhaust to add to my truck. Also tuning for maximum fuel mileage and towing ability. Would love to see that tow/haul mode when developed. Have a crew cab that I installed the 2 lifts on myself. Had a FUBAR with the shop I bought the kits from and ended up being stuck with 33s vs the 35s they swore they could get me in. Going to let 33s wear down, add a little additional spacing, trim the wheel wells and modify the front body mounts on my own to fit the 35s.......... All in due time

And maybe I will eventually get around to tuning my wife's truck!

Truck is a 2006 2wd silverado, 4.8, auto, 3.73's, pacesetter LT's, CAi, and 125 wet shot (I have the timing tuner to pull timing when spraying). Just got the VCM suite pro and got it to raise shift points, get rid of some TM, correct for gears/tires, and eventually tune for CAI, LT headers and nitrous. I'm kind of overwhelmed right now, just trying to get my shift points and shifts quicker. Haven'tgotinto the TM yet, but want to be able to do burnouts for the drag radials.

Have been using HPtuners for awhile now.

I've got an 03 Silverado SS, mild cam stock heads and a little bit of N2O. The crappy thing is I have all wheel drive and cannot get traction at all anymore

Sucks doesn't it? I wish I had traction problems with my 454! Even in 2WD it doesn't have problems unless wet out (I guess 265 75 16's LR "E" don't help)

I am looking to get a LQ4 and play with it in a strip car. What works well for mods to the LQ4. Emissions and Economy don't matter, just power....

I ran a Silvo SS one night in my LT1 Fleetwood. He did good, but I did get him 10-110, but 10-70 he had a slight edge (my front bumper at his pass door), 70-up I pulled harder (car aero probably helped a bit there and my rear bumper his pass door) and the whole run was uphill.... I was impressed as well as it did. I want a LQ4 or LQ9.....
