High lift, low duration cam -- torque peak at 3600 rpm

I own a stock 2006 chevy 1500 I tow a 4000 lb travel trailer everywhere I go I could use a little more torque any sugestions would be nice I dont realy know much about tuning.

2007 Silverado NBS 5.3 crew cab z71. I just received my HPTUNERS Pro and im looking for advice. My main goal with this truck is hwy fuel economy. More power would be great as well, but i do realize its a tank so any advice would be much appreciated.
