how start my PE to 5 -6 psi
why would you not want to start pe mode until 5psi of boost?

I guess, you could probably set the map kpa for 5 or 6 psi at which point it will enter pe mode. Not sure why you'd want to wait so late before going into PE mode though, seems like potential disaster waiting to happen to me.
