Thread: Dodge Progress

Still waiting here too.. Been through 2 Dodge Hemi vehicles since I first bought my HPT and was told you were working on Dodge support as well. I wouldn't have wasted my money on it (my hpt) if I knew just how long "working on it" would actually be. I would have just had someone else tune my GTO, saved the money and not worried about tuning my Hemis .

I am very interested in this setup. I have a Hemi Swap in a 2001 Durango, and need some tuning options for later additions such as Cam, Heads, etc. I love tuning my own cars, as I hate not being able to see what the tuners have done after getting them to tune my car. I would love to be a beta testor, though not sure if my particular setup would be benificial to you guys for feedback. There are certain things such as ABS etc that could not be used after the swap, so I am not sure if it would be as beneficial as stock hemi setup would. If I could, I would be happy to test for you though.

OK guys, I have a 2003 Dodge Ram. I am currently finishing up the build on my 440" stoker which is based off of the 6.1 Hemi engine. I have the Diablosport and the CMR software, but I can not eliminate the tranny signal which is important because I have a TCI stand alone transmission controller for my tranny. Will you be supporting the 03 ram which has a 16 bit pcm with seperate tcm where the 04's and up are all-in-one units.

2009 is here! How about support for Dodge vehicles?
I know its annoying to you that everyone asks about a time frame. But is it really impossible to get a realistic time frame?

It's even more annoying for us to continue to get the run around though. Soo, yeah, a big +1 here- what is the time frame??

I was almost a year ago that one of the guys said they were hiring some developers for the DCX stuff. Guys are modding or waiting to mod Magnum's, Chargers, 300's, Jeep SRT's,challengers, and rams. I would think we could have nailed down the most common ECM and and least be working with some beta stuff by now. The window hasn't closed by any means, the other competive software it too pricey and lacks functionality. Come on guys....get us something

I've been waiting for this for years and can't see putting out $800 for the Trinity when it is very limited in what adjustments you can make. For $700 I can get the VCM suite and credits for two cars AND actually be abe to use my wideband to data log in the same software! (something Diablosport & Innovate promised over one year ago)

    Can't wait for the release!!

You probably only want local beta testers don't you?

Also, If I purchase the VCM Scanner Pro, will I still need to pay the full purchase price of the VCM Suite when it becomes available for my SRT8?

There is an upgrade price from Scanner to Suite. It should be on your customer login, from memory it's $249.

Beta testers can be anyone really, the only prerequisite is no complaining if something doesn't work right.

Contact support with your serial number & the request to become a beta tester once dodge support becomes available and I will add you to the list.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Where should we contact them through? PM here or the "contact" page on the main HPT site?
