Thread: Dodge Progress

it should be easy to rescale things for boost in the VE tables and fuel tables, the main tables work off Pressure Ratio, which is MAP/Baro. All the table axes can be edited in that regard, they are not fixed. The MAP sensor calibration can also be edited no problems.

You just never know what might require a custom OS, personally i hope it won't but you never know. Sometimes things get overlooked if the designer knows this controller will only ever be used on a NA engine.

Although the SRT4 and v8's share most of the same code, the turbo code is not compiled into the V8's so you can't actually just turn any of it on because it's not there (unlike GM).

Got ya. That puts me at ease a little more. I don't know that I plan on ever boosting a v-8 Dodge/Chrysler vehicle. If I ever do, it won't be for quite a few years down the road, and maybe by then you guys will have the solution.

But, it sounds like I SHOULDN'T have an issue with setting up my stock PCM for a 3/3.5/5 bar MAP, then. Hopefully this is the case. I'd really like to make the switch back to a factory PCM, rather than this archaic AEM EMS. Not that it's terrible, but in comparison to the processing power of the factory PCM, it doesn't hold a candle!

    Thanks, Chris!

    Hey Chris

when will the VCM Suite be available with included Dodge credits?
At the moment I need HPT to tune my friends Tahoe, but in the future I'll mainly tune dodge vehicles, so I would like to buy the VCM Suite with Dodge credits and two additional GM credits.

Once we get a little closer to release we'll have those details. Our systems are all setup, i expect once we are a little way into the beta testing we will allow public orders for Dodge credits and the VCM Suite Dodge base package.

We haven't discussed final pricing as of yet with that said all single vcm licenses go towards the year/model licenses in the same fashion so that you aren't loosing credits.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Any plans to Support the NGC3 in my 2006 Dodge Ram 4.7??? Its lame factory programming needs HELP badly.. I am very familiar with tuning GM stuff and have been working with TBI, TPI, and LT1 engines since 2000.

Rough estimate how long it will take? Weeks? Months?

No answer since 5 days... I take this as "no ETA".

If you need beta testers, I am ready. I've done beta testing for the Navy, Microsoft, and hope to add HPT to the list.

I would also like to become a JTEC beta tester. I've got at least 3 JTEC vehicles to test the vcm suite on.

Is the Dodge support planned for the JTEC cars? Or is it only for the newer stuff?

We have a 2006 SRT8 with 392 cu, cam, ported heads, lowered compression and 13 psi twin screw. Also we have tuned hundreds of NSRT4's over the years using AEM, and have 3 NSRT4 shop cars and one CSRT4. If you need an experienced tuner to beta test on these cars let me know.

I have HPT for my personal TBSS and GTO, so am familar with the product already. The SRT8 needs tuning work NOW so we are looking for options.
