    LC-1 hooked up and getting 21.54

    I hooked up exactly like instructed and I have added and deleted the PIDs so many times its not funny. I am getting 21.54. When you disconnect the EIO I goes to 13.8 and when you connect it back up it goes to 21.54. What the hell is wrong?
