Can I get a replacement install CD. I am selling my HPTuner (loved it but staying stock on my new car) and my original CD is gone.
Can the new owner just use the latest 2.2 download or is a CD necessary.
What do we need to do to register in his name. I have my serial number and application key.
I tried to search but came up empty..............

Easiest way would be to delete any sensitive info from your customer profile and assign a password so he can login & update the customer profile, from there all they need to do is download & install 2.22 as shown in the installation section of our help file www.hptuners.com/help
No disk is necessary to get up and running.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Holy hell! I am newb as a few months ago and will completly miss DH witty posts on here. DON'T DO IT! Buy a used F-body to tune thrash on or even an LS3 Vette if your bored! Lol
