STFT still regestering in Open loop is this correct

    2000 Corvette

I am trying to tune via Wideband and have disabled LTFT and STFT. When logging I notice that all of the LTFTs are 0 as I would expect. The STFTs are still regestering even though I have them disabled.

Is this correct? Are they still effecting the fueling or are they ignored since I have them disabled.

If they should be 0 also, what else do I need to do other than to disabled them???

Set the closed loop enable temp to 280*F, and make sure that the STFT open loop is set to disable.

Post your tune & scan log showing the STFT's not staying at 0.

I'm not sure if you've cleared the learned fuel trims or not, but that's something else you may need to do as I think the ECM will remember them even if you've got them disabled.

When I try and upload the hpt and hpl files, it just hangs. I can upload the cfg file. I checked and they are less than 400kb. Is anyone else having this problem????

Found it. I had forgotten to set the closed loop enable temps to 250.
