I'm registered twice, is that a problem?

I couldn't find my info so I re-registered.
Now I found it and I'm no longer using my new registration/user name.
Same email adress. I don't want to get banned like some forums do, do I need to worry about that?

You won't get banned. Especially since it was a lost ID issue.
Post up your old/new ID and the website admins can move things around appropriately.

I don't want to lose my password again so instead of logging into the other account my other user name is Jason.
Another problem is the members list is disabled so I forgot what exactly my last user name was.
Not that important but I don't want to get banned.
And it sure is funny how people act toward a person who just registered as opposed be being registered 4 years ago.
