    Im stumped??
Bad unit???? This was the error message I keep getting.

(The interface was found but no vehicle power was detected
Verify cable is connected and key is in the run position also make sure diagnostics port has power and its fuse is good)

verify that everything is plugged in, and verify that there is power at the ALDL. you can do that by plugging in the HPTUNERS box into the port of the car and not plugged into the computer. if the light lights up on the box there should be power there

who knows why it would blow. some vehicles it happens fairly often (like my dads 05 2500) some it doesnt (like my 2007 1500). you will have to find the fuse, probably under the hood. look for cigarette lighter or accessory or ALDL or somethign of the like

Check on the floorboard on the passengers side There's a bunch of fuses there as well - Usually it's the cig lighter fuse or one with DLC or ALDL marked on it.

you need to find the right fuse and replace it. it wouldnt be the first time that a fuse went out without being visably blown. find the proper fuse and replace it?

one inside fuse block and one under the hood.

open up your service manual and see if they tell you anything in the trouble shooting section. or you can call your local dealer and have them tell you where the fuse is located. im sure most of the techs know off the top of their head

pg 421-423 of your service manual has a picture. it should be labeled LTR on the inside fuse block
