Maxed out injectors ? What to scan?

Ok guys we need a bit of help.
When scanning the car what do we look for as far as seeing if the injectors are maxed out or are getting close? (what parameter) searched around a bit but found mostly info on skewing. Any help is appreciated.

    It's a 2000 GTP

Log RPM and injector pulsewidth. Then you can use the built in custom PID for injector duty cycle.

IPWs in the 23ms range can be considered close to maxing out on the 97-03 models. 04+ it is higher because they are a returnless system. I think for them, it is in the 27-28ms range... not positive about this.

    13.82 @ 105.28 on 87 octane! (2.42 60-foot).
263kph top end as shown on the GPS.
All this and 39MPG to boot. What more can a man ask for?

    Thanks for the replies guys,
It's my brothers car and we see IPW's around 18-20 range @ WOT, with the stock injectors. He currently has 42 pounders but has yet to install them. Let me see if I can find a quick scan.. Thanks much.

PS I know the tune needs a bit of work in general.

04+ are a mystery. For some reason the PCM doesn't report the correct IPW (this was verified with measuring the signal with an oscilloscope). For the most part the IPW/Duty Cycle numbers for 04+ are generally worthless--my scans show I am at 100%+ duty cycle with 60# which isn't true, I have plenty of fuel....verfied by making the AFR terribly rich 9.x and it can get more fuel.

So when you use the pid for injector duty cycle....if it is showing 80%...then 80% of the injector is being used correct?....what is stock duty cycle considered in this format?

Essentially, yes. It means that the injector is open for 80% of the crank rotation. Anyhing at or under 80% is good, above 80% is debatable, above 100% is time for bigger injectors.

    Thank you
