So is this a issue that can not be resolved with out 2bar?

It makes 5-6psi and is getting up to 11500 hz.

Try increasing your VE Maximum on the dynamic Airflow table.
Nolan, try the C6 config that is in the stickies.
In fact you can add GMVE to the table view to see if you are exceeding the VE Maximum table.

With the E40 you aren't limited to 24 bytes of data for fast data.

Are you still running the stock throttle body? If so try switching to the LS2/7 car version! Those codes are notorious for us with Maggies on a TBSS with a stock TB. Once you switch to the car version vs our truck version it all goes away. It has to do with the truck TB having a weaker spring vs. the car version. I had my stock TB P&P'd and it didn't start doing it until I put about 10k miles on the whole system, but all I did was switch to the car TB and it is all good now!

Great tip thank you so much. The truck has not set the code again but at WOT I could see the tps going from 83-82-83. So it makes sense. A LS7 TB will be getting installed.

humm interesting read here. i'm having the same issues but on an 05 saturn redline. mods listed in signature. i've tried several throttle bodies. traced wiring as far as i can go and even replaced the PCM. i still can not get the thing to work right. but in an interesting twist, this mainly happens when i turn right hard (corner carving etc)
